We discuss your needs and wishes, going deep so I can provide you with a fully customized itinerary that’s more like a personal mini-guide. We’ll take as much time as needed to get it just right.
This is vetted for your trip and includes activities provided by local outfitters, a shortlist of curated-to-you hotels, flight recommendations, and local restaurants that fit your profile that I’m happy to book for you.
It’s a product that’s like you made it yourself, but didn’t have to.
If after you receive your itinerary and trip plan you want help booking some or all of its pieces, let me know and we can go from there. But it’s also completely fine to take your itinerary and run with it!
How does Sensorie differ from a traditional travel agency?
Being a little different is one of the perks, and a benefit that gets past on to my clients.
I am a travel planning and advisory service where everything is customized. You’re not sold the same old packages as everyone else and you stay in control of your reservations while I handle the research, structure, and experienced insight to meticulously craft your best trip.
I also give clients the option to walk away with a fully customized itinerary that they control and book from, which isn’t something that most traditional advisors do.
With either option, you get a huge time savings, a tailored vacation, and no regretful clichés (unless you want those clichés, of course—no judgement!)

DIY travelers spend hours and hours researching, comparing, routing, and booking, only to second-guess everything or realize later that a few small missteps have added up to something less than ideal. And sometimes, after all that, they’re no closer to a satisfying trip than when they started.
Working with me eliminates all the uncertainty and mistakes, which saves you loads of time and money on the net cost of everything, as well as a decent amount of stress. I lean on my deep knowledge and experience gained over the years throughout the process, helping you land on the right foot from the very start.
Why should I work with a travel advisor?

This means I’ll coordinate a minimum 1 hour call with every client. If that’s all the time you have, we’ll roll with that. But I also offer at least one more call to discuss revisions (which is encouraged), and I’m always just an email or phone call away for quick questions. So the “required” time is minimal, but I’m available for more when it fits your schedule.
You say we work together—what does that mean and what’s my time commitment?

For custom trip planning and itineraries, I charge a planning fee that has two tiers: Classic and A Step Beyond. Classic trips are more balanced and have fewer activities and excursions built in. The pace will be slower and/or you don’t require niche guiding, outfitting, or local providers. A Step Beyond is for travelers taking more complicated, activity and excursion heavy, and/or logistically heavy trips. My fee for the Classic tier is 50 euros or USD per day and for A Step Beyond tier they are 65 euros or USD per day. For A Step Beyond, if your trip lasts over 14 days then the price is discounted to 60 euros or USD per day
